Congratulations to our students on their exceptional A-Level results

We are immensely proud of our students for achieving such remarkable A-Level results across both of our schools. Their commitment, perseverance, and academic excellence have led to this well-deserved success.

Amongst these successes are noteworthy performances from individual students, these include two students from Kenilworth School & Sixth Form, Freddie Beckett-Smith and Naomi Darnton, who together achieved a record of 9 A* grades in total. Students performed very well with 30.1% being graded A* and A.

At The Westwood Academy expectations were exceeded and the A-Level exam results in 2024 have been the best that the school has seen in years. A significant improvement over 2023 was noted in the percentage of exam passes at A*-C from 62.3% to 80.8%. Of the individual successes, the achievement of Violet Saunders was commendable, she achieved three straight As and secured a place at The University of Nottingham to study medicine.

Today marks the culmination of their hard work and dedication, and we are confident that this achievement will serve as a strong foundation for their future endeavours.

The CEO Hayden Abbott congratulated students from both schools and said “I am incredibly proud to congratulate all of our A-Level students on what they have achieved. They have worked incredibly hard over the last two years and deserve this success. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all staff who have supported our students from both schools in many ways to achieve their success. To those who are moving on to university, apprenticeships or other ventures I wish you well in this next stage of your education or career”.
