Mrs Laura Midwinter

Laura has joined the KMAT as Head of HR and has over 10 years' experience in the field working across a wide range of industries including agriculture and the private health sector. 

Laura has been part of Senior Leadership teams in her previous roles, working with a focus on improving employee engagement and wellbeing,  performance management initiatives and she recognises the importance of succession planning to ensure the organisation is able to deliver on its People Strategy. Laura has a keen interest in employment law and mediation. 

During her free time, she enjoys travel, theatre and time with her two young children.
